They had no idea who she was, what her name was, if she was local or staying at the hotel. So they confiscated what she had left - just over half what they were saying she 'stole' and expected her to come up with the remaining amount. Normally who ever left money quickly realizes it and there is no problem. Really, an entire posse for a 70 year old woman? Initially she thought maybe she had accidentally put her ticket in a machine that still had money in it. After 2 evenings of enjoying the casino, all of us leaving several $$ in the machines, a security 'posse' surrounded my 70 year old mother, belittling and threatening her with arrest if she did not pay back over $200 that she 'stole' from a machine. I don't normally write reviews, but the overall experience was so hideous that I feel I must share it.
